Summer???

As I sit in my wee office this morning, with the two windows open there is a wee breeze. In fact I have opened all the windows in the house to catch the coolish morning breeze to help as we are going to have a hot one. Yesterday it was 28.5 and they say today will be the hottest day of the season so far.

Hubby leaves for town today for one night. He will take the dogs to the vet's and have fun eating town food. That is always a treat. Homecooking is nice but just like thing you can get sick of it so "junk" is alway a must when in town. As well it will give him a chance to get a few more fresh veggies and fruit. To bring home tomorrow is all goes well.. smile

There is not a cloud in the sky this morning so we know it will be very warm here as well today.. we wonder if this will be summer or at least the start of it. How wonderful it would be if our granddaugther,son and his wife come out she would love it out here in the boat, maybe learning to fish, and play with the dogs. Or even have my brother and his son come they hiked to Cape Scott 28 k's in one yr but no luck here to hike in. Well I guess I should be off to see that hubby has all he needs just incase they donot make it back tomorrow for some reason.. Later from the Bluff
