Back in Vancouver

Well my trip for this fall is coming to a close. I went home and visited the rest of my family, Mother,Father,Sister and younger Brother(taller). The weather there was nice and warm but not to hot. Got to do a bit of shopping as well down there for the Grandaugther and the new one coming.

Being back here is rain which they need back East. Oh well it is the West Coast and expected for sure. I will or should be home in three wks if all goes to plan and then there will more on the Bluff and what has been happening there.

So off I go to get my morning Coffee and oh yes about the girls room the boys get to sleep in it now.. smile bye for now

My first week East

Today is the last day of my time here in Cobourg. It has been and interesting wk. I have learned alot about my bio family. We did alot of chatting and drove around the lovely countryside. As I say there is beauty no matter where you live one just has to look and you will find it. And got time with a friend I have not seen in some 42 years. They say if you are truly a friend it will seem as though no time has passed. This I found to be true. Now I am off to see more old friend in Kingston and then off home to Boston area to see my Parents.

This is the time of every year I do this and it brings me such joy to see them as well as my sister and her family and my younger (but oh so much taller) younger brother and his family as well. With the weather the way it has been back here in the East I can see the trees will turn but the colour will not be as lovely as it could be. This happens when there has been little or no rain . Speaking of rain my husband tells me that I am not missing much as it has been raining alot all most every day since I left the Bluff. And I will get alot of that once I return so I shall soak up the sun here and suffer the humidity one forgets how that makes it seem so much hotter here. And I wonder how most out here do not have central air. I know I would!!

Well off I got to back and get ready for the next part of my journey. Then by mid Oct I should be back at the Bluff. So I say bye for now until I can get to another computer and add the rest of my time off the Bluff.
